## Description

Tamworth Borough Council \(the 'Council'\) owns and manages approximately 4300 domestic properties within the borough together with a number of non-housing premises\. To ensure that it meets its statutory obligations under the relevant health and safety legislation, the Council is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of compliance management services that encompass the surveying and management of asbestos, legionella and fire risks within its housing, non-housing and sheltered stock\. The resultant contract shall be for a term of five \(5\) years with an option to extend for a further two \(2\) years upon satisfactory service delivery, performance and the agreement of both parties\.
