## Description

Educating children is an essential part of Devon's long-term Resource and Waste Management Strategy\. Devon County Council has a well established Waste Education Programme providing assemblies, workshops, events and site visits for both Primary and Secondary schools across Devon\. This Contract will replace the existing Devon Waste Educators' contract which was procured in 2017 and which is due to expire on 31 August 2022\. The Contract will be for an initial service period of three years and subject to mutual agreement with the service provider, it can be extended for a maximum of two further years\.
