## Description

Historic England is developing a framework and toolkit\(s\) for decision-makers and the managers of heritage assets considering how to respond to climate-driven threats to the assets in their stewardship or spheres of influence, from considerations of enhancement to those of partial or total loss\. The products will be user-focused and realistic in their resource requirements\. It is proposed to undertake this research to gather user needs for each of these products and to develop a series of personas or user task groups modelling a range of user types\. This will also help with product testing during the later stages of the project
