## Description

This is a call-off Framework and the Provider will be required to provide a metering and advice service on an as and when required basis for use by those Establishments that are currently utilising this Service and by any other Establishment where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement \(SLA\) with Durham County Council Energy Management Service\.
