Description

In a highly competitive evolving market Accent Housing Ltd invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of fire risk assessments to a number of its schemes spread across a large geographical area. Accent wishes to complement the existing in-house arrangements, to deliver high quality and timely type 1 and type 3 fire risk assessments on relevant properties in Accents portfolio, in order to comply with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform Act (Fire Safety) Order 2005. As part of the contract the successful provider will be expected to follow the PAS 79 format for fire risk assessments and to liaise with Key Stakeholders. The Successful tenderer will be responsible for providing fire risk assessments based on the most up to date legislative and regulatory advice/guidance available The estimated total contract value of services is within the range of £40,000 to £60,000 GBP a breakdown of this is shown below. Accent is looking procure single contractor covering its full national geographical spread.
