GB-London: Rolling out plastic film collections to all households in England

The Local Government Association (LGA) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to analysis the impact of the large scale role of flexible plastic recycling on local authorities in England. We would like to draw on existing sources of data but note that there are gaps in this, for example on plastic film recycling from communal properties at scale. We would like to understand the gaps in the data, and how this could create risks for councils. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
