Media Coaching & Monitoring for the Information Commissioner's Office

The Information Commissioners Office requires a provider of specialist communications strategic advice and support, working under instruction from the Deputy CEO and the Corporate Communications department, to provide services including:

Support to identify strategic communications gaps and priorities and any associated planning;

Support to develop and draft communications strategies and plans and any associated planning;

Media relations coaching, rehearsal and feedback - to encompass print / web and live and pre-recorded broadcast interviews - for the Executive Team, senior members of the Commissioner's staff and such of the Commissioner's employees as notified from time to time;

Detailed analysis of the Commissioner's press coverage;

Media horizon scanning and analysis against the Commissioner's strategic priorities, risks and opportunities;

Monthly written media analysis for senior Commissioner's staff, including presenting the analysis by phone/video or in person.

The provider must be willing to work in an ad hoc capacity, sometimes on short notice to support the Deputy CEO and Corporate Communications directorate at busy times.
