Crawley Borough Council - 5 Perryfield Road Extension & Refurbishment Works

Crawley Borough Council invites tenders for residential extension and refurbishment works to 5 Perryfield Road, Southgate, Crawley, RH11 8AA to create 4 self-contained 1 bedroom affordable residential flats. The property was previously used as a community/hostel building. The scheme has full planning permission under reference CR/2019/0503/FUL.

The anticipated Commencement date for the delivery of the works is scheduled to be around summer 2021. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. The Contract will be a JCT Design and Build 2016. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification.
