## Description

VE is looking to procure a research project in two lots\. VE envisage this research running in two lots, with an exploratory first stage in a few markets, followed by a larger quantitative sizing piece in more markets\. Lot 1 Exploratory Qualitative research and Lot 2\. Quantitative sizing Study Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
