Emergency Temporary Accommodation for Homeless Households

Cornwall Housing Ltd is commissioning emergency access to temporary emergency accommodation for people who satisfy the aforementioned statutory requirements. This is predominantly night by night accommodation for a short period whilst longer terms duties are established leading to more settled accommodation. Some households presenting as homeless will include dependent children, but there will also be single persons and couples without dependent children. Based on service trends and demand Cornwall Housing Ltd requires a Framework Agreement that will be represented as per the following: Lot 1, Families with Children. Lot 2, Young People 16/17 Year Olds, Lot 3, Singles/Couples Including Complex Needs.
