GRAND QUARTER CONSERVATION AREA DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE - DOCUMENT (NEW BRIGGATE HIGH STREET HERITAGE ACTION ZONE)

Leeds City Council is seeking bids from consultants to deliver a Design and Maintenance Guide is to contribute towards the legacy of the New Briggate HAZ and sustainability of the Grand Quarter Conservation Area by providing best practice guidance and advice on the maintenance and repair of historic and traditional properties, and the appropriate materials and methods to be used when reinstating features.
