## Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a renewal cost for its existing 225 MapInfo Professional Licences\. There is currently a project to move users to a hosted solution \(Exegesis HBSMR database\)\. Out of the current suite of 225 Node-Locked licences used for connection to an SQL database hosted at BCC, 3 of these licences are required to be converted to concurrent licences for access to the Exegesis hosted solution\. Suppliers are asked to include provisions for this conversion; these licences are to stay within the current allocation of 225\. This contract will be for a period of 12 months commencing 01 01 2023 until 31 12 2023\. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system \(in-tend\) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest\.
