PHE - Corporate - PHSKF Service Evaluation and QA Framework

We are looking for a supplier who can conduct an evaluation of the PHSKF (2016), to -

- determine the impact of the re-designed framework on the workforce and their employers, and it's utility - develop a quality assurance framework to secure the added value that the framework is delivering, and to mitigate against areas of vulnerability or risk.
