Media monitoring A media monitoring service providing a short summary from national, regional, local and trade media. Previously ORR has received approx. 1500 press items per month and expects the volumes will be similar going forward. One set of press cuttings must be delivered before 8am daily to approximately 15 ORR email addresses. These daily readouts must be relevant, accurate and provide access to full story. Media monitoring will be based on a supplied set of specified keywords and topics. In addition to national, regional, local and trade, it should also cover broadcast and online media - including content behind paywalls. Media evaluation and analysis Human driven evaluation and analysis of 400 articles per month is required, plus a 20% buffer if needed. Analysis should include metrics such as volume, reach, impact and prominence. An automated assessment of media monitoring results is also required alongside a customisable user-friendly dashboard function that allows for quick and engaging reporting.
