## Description

The Intelligent Mooring System \(IMS\) needs to be tested in a laboratory test facility where it is possible to subject the component to both static and dynamic tensile loading, e\.g\. a tensile test machine\. Tenderers are to be aware that funding for this Project is being provided by the European Regional Development Fund \("ERDF"\) through the Welsh Government\.
