GB-Epping: Provision of an Out of Hours Call Handling Service

Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) requires a provider to manage its Out of Hours (OOH) Call handling service for a three year period with an option to extend for a further period of up to one year, commencing from 1st October 2023, 00:01 hours.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
