Northamptonshire County Council - The Contract Improvement Project

A mini-competition from ESPO framework 664 - Consultancy Services (Lot 1 - Business Services). This brief is for consultancy services to provide additional professional negotiation and commercial services that will support implementation of the recommendations from a Contract Review project recently carried out for Northamptonshire County Council (NCC). Additional capacity is needed to lead the negotiations to deliver savings from existing contracts through a range of approaches varying from cancelling contracts to renegotiating contracts based on a reduced specification for the goods or services provided.
