2023-033 Support for Review of Supplier Processes

Description

This work is to support Ofgem's review of a supplier's policies, processes and procedures and review a sample of individual customer interactions in order to support an ongoing investigation. The review will consider the extent to which the supplier's processes and procedures align with the required Standard Licence Conditions and whether those policies, processes and procedures have been complied with in practice. The review will also look at whether the supplier's interactions with customers complied with the Standard Licence Conditions.
