## Description

National Highways \(the Client\) is looking to set up a contract for provision of Specialist Technical Consultancy \(the Consultant\)\. These specialist services will assist the Freight and Roadside Facilities Team within Customer, Strategy and Communications in supporting the delivery of the £20 million to improve roadside facilities for HGV driver's scheme\.
