Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council are looking to appoint experienced consultants to provide Quotations to undertake a (Extended Phase 1) Habitats Survey of existing Local (District) Wildlife Sites in the borough area, in support of the emerging Blackburn with Darwen Local Plan (2021-2037) and associated Local Nature Recovery Strategies.
