Flood Risk Management

Description

Collaborative agreement to enable Sheffield City Council and The Environment Agency to carry out and manage a programme of works to help reduce flood risk across the City. In the arrangement, both parties will be working together to meet their statutory obligations. As a result, this arrangement falls outside the scope of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as per Reg 12. The decision to enter into this contract was made on the 21st of March 2023 by the officer with the delegated authority
