Replacement of Communal Boilers - Hatton Grove, West Drayton

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to replace the boilers and control system at 4 Hatton Grove, West Drayton, UB7 7AU The Heating plant is located in three kitchens, North, South and East Wing, West Wing, external plant room. THE WORKS. The works shall include all of the works described within the specification documents (Part 1 & 2).This specification shall be read in conjunction with the Employers Requirements, schedules, supplementary documents and any drawing issued which defines the requirements of the proposed works to enable the Contractor to: a) Prepare and submit a proposal for the Works. b) Undertake construction and completion of the works. The Works include, but are not limited to the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and hand-over of a complete boiler system and the provision of certification, O&M Manuals and training to the Council's Representatives in charge of the schemes. Additional information: The London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project but has instead invited all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded.
