Professional Services Framework (Construction Programme)

Description

This Professional Services Framework (Construction Programme) will be a single-supplier Framework Agreement where the appointed Consultant will act as the lead consultant and will assemble a professional team.\r \r It is envisaged the team will comprise of the following disciples (but not limited to), reporting to the OREC Project Programme Manager and OREC Governance Board as required:\r \r • Project Manager;\r • Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager;\r • Architect;\r • Civil Engineering;\r • Structural Engineer;\r • Building Services / M&E Engineer;\r • Building Surveyor;\r • CDM Coordinator and;\r • Lead Consultant.
