Work description
Blackpool Enterprise Zone - Construction of Natural Grass Sports Pitches. The Contractor is required to design and construct natural grass sports pitches in line with current technology, complying with or exceeding the standards set out in the latest edition of the Sport England Natural Turf for Sport.
