Housing Department Void Utility Services Provider

Engage a provider to manage the Utility (gas and electricity) related activity for Hackney Housing's Void properties so that Void staff can focus on returning Void properties to the lettings market more quickly. The provider will also be required to provide support to vulnerable residents who are struggling to meet the costs of their heating and hot water, due to the accumulation of debt arising for Gas Meter Standing Charges.
