## Description

Current intra-operative monitoring \(IOM\) equipment was purchased in 2008 however this is now obsolete and is in need of replacement\. It is used on 1-2 times weekly to provide essential nerve monitoring during complex neurosurgery on and around the spinal cord and brainstem reducing the risk of damage/injury to nerve roots and nerve structures\.
