NKDC - External Decoration and Pre-Paint Joinery Works

This requirement is for the replenishment of the external decoration and joinery work of its Council housing stock. The Contractor will inspect each property, producing a detailed and evidenced report of all required Works along with associated pricing, and submit to the Council for authorisation. The Contractor will adhere to the standards defined within this specification, or offer products and services of an equivalent quality in order that the Council receives a finish that will remain in good condition for the duration of the seven year replenishment cycle.
