## Description

The Contracting Authority has a requirement for a Contractor to undertake the design and build \(RIBA stages 4-6\) of an 800KW solar photovoltaic car port, 400KW battery storage, 10 dual-outlet rapid electric vehicle charging points \(20 outlets in total\) and 50 dual-outlet fast electric vehicle charging points \(100 in total\) installed in the rear car park of its County Hall office building\. The Contracting Authority requires the system to integrate an energy management system that maximises the use of the solar within the building and the electric vehicle charge points\. The system must have a lifespan of not less than 25 years and should be designed and installed accordingly\.
