## Description

Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) for The Provision of Behaviour Insights, Engagement and Research work The DPS will operate solely by competition\. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire \(SQ\) and all supporting documents\. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS have 2 options: Option 1 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request at initial creation of the DPS\. Option 2 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request following initial creation of the DPS and/or at any time throughout its duration\. The number of contractors submitting a Participation Request and the number of contractors approved to participate in the DPS will not be limited\.
