## Description

The Consultant shall provide Commercial Management, including assurance, through the construction phase of this project culminating in the settlement of the Final Account\. The Consultant will manage the commercial aspects of the Contractor contract, with the Project Manager, Technical and site assurance Consultant and PMO\.
