## Description

This is a Contract Award Notice\. The Care Quality Commission \(CQC\) require the solution service for a Secure Collaboration Workspace and Secure Email Solution\. The software will be utilised by CQC's Maternity and Newborn Safety Investigations \(MNSI\) unit\. This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G Cloud 13 Framework Agreement \(RM1557\.13\), Lot 2 Cloud Software, following the Direct Award process\. The Contract is awarded for a total period of 36 months with an option to extend for up to 12 months\. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions\.
