Description
Following a joint Welsh and UK Government consultation, we have proposed to introduce external temperature ranges for the transport of livestock, horses and poultry. Journeys could take place when the external temperature is outside these ranges if the vehicle is temperature-controlled. This means the vehicle should be able to heat and cool the internal environment to within a specific range as needed, rather than relying on vents, windows or fans for ventilation and temperature control.
