## Description

Award Notice re further competition through Professional Services Framework for a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with the Council, to convert an existing Council building providing Archive services in Whitehaven\. This will allow the building to be used more intensively by a far greater range of services including the library and registrars and create a community service hub\.
