Hastings Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to act as Principal Contractor for the provision of an 84 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel with ancillary ground floor restaurant, car parking, landscaping and all associated works.

The contract is for the design and construction of an on time and on budget Hotel in accordance with the final specification, drawings and schedules as supplied with this tender.
