Annual Inspection of Shared Gas Ducts and Flues

Inspection of Shared Gas Ducts and Flues. Work to include the flue shaft, flue base, roof terminals and incorporating the following: - An analysis of the flue gases present in the shared flues - Measure the duct velocity and temperature - Inspect the condition of the inlet ducts and outlet terminals - CCTV analysis of duct bases, appliance flue installations and condition of duct wall - An evaluation of the duct conformance to all relevant installation standards.
