GB-London: BTA1082B Provision of Travel Management Services to VisitBritain in China

VisitBritain hosts many different events every year, which are attended by delegates from China. These include:

•ExploreGB 2019: 8th -15th May 2019

Visit Britain will require travel management services to assist in the booking of return flights from China to the UK for travel trade and media who will attend the event.

ExploreGB 2019 event detail:

-8th -10th May Event: Harrogate -11th -15th May familiarisation trips: around Edinburgh, London, etc.

All flights must be booked before 12th April 2019.

Further events will be hosted by Visit Britain over the coming year. The details of these events will be confirmed at a later date.

VisitBritain is seeking to engage a supplier over a one year period to provide travel management services for these events. The aim of this procurement is to create a more efficient booking process.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
