## Description

Full details are available via Pro Contract tendering system - Unitas are looking for contractors to carry out external clearances to council owned void properties in the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent\. Unitas are looking to appoint two contractors for the works \(we will only utilise the 2nd contractor when the 1st contractor is at full capacity or as support when in high demand\)\. This opportunity will be awarded based on MEAT - the split will be 40% price, 30% technical and 30% social value\.
