Waste and Recycling Offtakes fo the West London Waste Authority (DPS) Dynamic Purchasing System

The requirement is for the provision of Waste & Recycling off take arrangements. The Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") will provide a record of Suppliers considered capable of carrying out the required off take arrangements. WLWA is a statutory waste disposal authority (WDA) which was created in 1986. It is responsible for disposing of waste collected by the London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames. About 1.7 million people live in this area, which covers 38,000 hectares. The Authority's vision is to be Leaders in treating waste as a valuable resource and is aiming to increase efficiency by building successful partnerships with its constituent boroughs and contractors.
