2019 - 0739 Electrical Periodic Testing of Communal spaces & Emergency lighting discharge

The estimated contract value is approx. £2,500,000 over the duration of ten years on a 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 basis. It is a requirement that your annual turnover is at least 10% of the contract value i.e. £250,000 per annum. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.
