Contingent Valuation Study of Libraries

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) requires a Supplier to provide research services in respect of the Culture and Heritage Capital Programme. DCMS is seeking a valuation study for libraries. This research seeks to understand how people value the different offers provided by libraries, how value changes according to socio-demographics, and how much value comes from the different types of benefit provided by libraries.
