Lincoln Register Office - capital Repairs and Pigeon Netting

The works comprise high level maintenance works to repair fascias, clean out rainwater goods and install pigeon netting to the first floor elevations. The building is also due for exterior decoration and pre-paint repairs which are also to be carried out under this contract, prior to installing the pigeon netting.
