Brief Description of Requirement The study is proposed to support and to help enable impact from the National Timing Centre (NTC) programme. This initially, is a six year programme, from 2019 to 2025, and is funded via the Strategic Priorities Fund (SPF). The NTC programme is led by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) and involves the development of an atomic clock network and innovation in resilient time dissemination for the development of resilient time infrastructure where market failure currently exists.
