To procure Enterprise Architecture Tooling to provide a continuation of capabilities that were present in the individual organisations that are now part of NHS England\. to support future Enterprise and Solution Architecture activities for NHS England\. The tool will support Enterprise Architecture operational processes including strategic business modelling and reporting, governance and technical modelling for NHS England\.
