Automatic Doors & Roller Shutters Servicing and Maintenance

Unitas are looking to appoint a single contractor to carry out the servicing on automatic doors and roller shutters, including all call outs and repairs within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent.

The contract period will be an initial 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months commencing in November 2023.

This opportunity will be awarded based on MEAT and the split will be 50% price, 45% technical and 5% social value.
