Work description
This tender is for the provision of building works for refurbishment and re-ordering of toilet facilities within the Burton Town Hall (a Grade II Listed Building of Victorian design). The works will be to the Main Hall: Female and Male Toilets. Burton Town Hall is a Grade II Listed Building of Victorian design.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
