## Description

The HM Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard \(BPSS\) describes the pre-employment process for all public sector staff, contractors, and consultants\. It must be fully completed before an individual is permitted access to \(a\) unescorted access to Homes England premises; \(b\) a Common Civil Service Pass; \(c\) official electronic equipment; \(d\) access to the corporate digital network, including through their own device via Microsoft Office 365; or \(e\) access to material classified OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE \(other than what is required for their own recruitment\)\. It is also the precursor to carrying out National Security Vetting \(NSV\) clearances\.\\r \\r Homes England requires a supplier to deliver this service\.\\r \\r Awarded via CCS Gcloud\.
