Social Recovery for 15 to 18 year olds

Norfolk County Council, working in partnership with Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), wishes to award a contract to a Provider to undertake a social recovery project for 15-18 year olds who are NEET, or at risk of becoming NEET. The successful Provider will deliver holistic wrap around Social Recovery Support for young people who are at risk of NEET in year 11, and young people 16-18 who are NEET, and who are not ready to engage in Education, Employment or Training provision due to emotional health & wellbeing needs.
