Replacement Garages and Associated Works Located in Pilley, SO41 5QN Tender Close Date: 15/01/18 12:00PM NFDC intend to carry out a programme of works that will include the replacement of selected garages within the district, that have been deemed unsafe or to be at the end of their useful working life. Garages for demolition and replacement have been identified on a site at Pilley, situated within a small village in the parish of Boldre. The site is comprised of both privately owned garages and garages owned and maintained by NFDC. The site will also require additional improvements works to both the garage apron and to the highway access.
