## Description

LHP is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to install new Commercial Heating system at the following Sheltered Scheme's\. It is important to note that one scheme is based in Grimsby and the other situated in Boston; 1\. Ronald Farmer Court, Archer Road, Waltham, Lincolnshire DN37 0XE 2\. The Orchards, Causeway, Wyberton, Boston, PE21 7AR The award will be made to one Contractor although each system installation will be subject to separate Contracts\. The system installation must be undertaken according to the design and specification provided in the tender pack by LHP\. The anticipated start on site is to be in August 2020\. It is expected that all of the works at both sites will be completed by 10 December 2020\. LHP will finalise the programme with the appointed Contractor\. It is expected that work to The Orchards will be undertaken first and completed with work on Ronald Farmer Court to be programmed after completion of The Orcahrds\.
