This Market Engagement Questionnaire \(MEQ\) is the first stage of a public procurement process, to appoint a provider to deliver a large scale public engagement consultation and campaign on children's healthy weight in Greater Manchester, on behalf of NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board\. Please see the MEQ document which explains the requirement and process in further detail\. Bidders must respond and pass this MEQ to be invited to stage 2 \(Invitation to Tender\)\.
